BANGKOK, Thailand – Bangkok Airways has resumed direct flights between Chiang Mai and Krabi, aiming to strengthen connectivity between Northern and Southern Thailand as travel demand rises.

The new service, now operating three times a week, connects these key tourism regions just in time for the high season. Additionally, the airline has increased the frequency of its Bangkok-Krabi flights to accommodate the expected surge in travelers through March 2025.

Mr. Puttipong Prasarttong-Osoth, President of Bangkok Airways, noted that these routes are designed to support both Thai and international travelers, providing enhanced access to Krabi, a popular destination in the Andaman region.
