BANGKOK, Thailand – The Energy Policy Administration Committee (EPAC) has decided to maintain the current LPG price to ease the burden on the public, effective from January 1 to March 31, 2025.
On December 16, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy, Pirapan Salirathavibhaga, announced the decision after reviewing global LPG market trends and the status of the Oil Fuel Fund. The committee resolved to keep the ex-refinery wholesale price of LPG at 20.9179 baht per kilogram (excluding VAT), with a target retail price of approximately 423 baht per 15-kg cylinder.
This measure will remain in effect for three months, while the Oil Fuel Fund Management Committee (OFFC) will continue to monitor and manage the fund to align with future LPG pricing reviews.
