BANGKOK, Thailand – Governor Chadchart Sittipunt inaugurated the latest Bangkok Express Service point at The Street Ratchada shopping mall, located in the Din Daeng district. This marks the 20th such service in the capital aimed at improving public access to essential government services.
Governor Chadchart expressed gratitude to The Street Ratchada for its continued partnership with the city, noting the mall’s significance as a central hub for transportation and work in the area, as well as the large number of people who visit daily. He explained that this new service point will reduce travel time and costs for citizens, offering various government services outside regular working hours, including weekends, so people don’t have to take leave from work. Additionally, it will alleviate congestion at district offices, which often lack sufficient parking for visitors.
To further enhance public service, The Street Ratchada also contributed by renovating the space and waiving rental fees for the establishment of the service point. The Bangkok Express Service at The Street Ratchada will be open daily from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, providing services such as civil registration, ID card issuance, and other government-related tasks.
This initiative is part of a broader effort to improve public access to government services and make every day processes more convenient for the people of Bangkok.
