To City Hall: Here I am again, complaining about the Tum Ta Cafe on Soi Wat Boon Jomtien. (They play) very loud music till 0200 every night. I close my balcony doors, and (wear) ear plugs, but I have not had a full night’s sleep in 3 months. Yet you do not have the courtesy to reply. What happened to Thainess? What is the point of a phone number 1337, or a contact page, if you do nothing?
It’s an open air bar, covering it in would be a good start. Do they have a licence for live music? For liqueur?
