BANGKOK, 26 August 2015 – More than 13,000 affordable housing units under the Eua Arthorn housing project are now for sale for those earning less than 40,000 baht a month.
The National Housing Authority has revealed a list of residences available under the project across the country to those with income beneath 40,000 baht per month. The project includes townhouses, residential complexes and detached homes.
The housing project is in line with government policies that aimed at closing social gaps and providing access to basic needs. Those eligible are able to reserve their desired unit with only a 1,000-baht deposit.
Prospective homeowners will receive attractive promotions, which include a waiver on transfer fees, low-interest loans and mosquito-netting installations. Those interested are able to make their deposit from August 28th until September 6th this year at the National Housing Authority or call 1615 for more information.
