Re: Soi Khao Talo resurfacing washed away by Vamco (PM Friday, 25 September 2015) – The holes were there long before Vamco made its appearance. It’s all due to shoddy workmanship. I watched them trying to resurface the road using the (stuff) they call tarmac. They chucked a few shovels full and then tried rolling it flat when they had finished. It looked like a speed bump. The only way to do it properly is to take all that (stuff) off the road and resurface it with concrete.
