Chonburi Real Estate Association officially launches at Royal Cliff

Real estate investors, professionals, realtors, traders and guests were present during the official launch of the Chonburi Real Estate Association at the Head of State Chamber of the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel on 17 September.

Chaowalit Saeng-Uthai, Deputy Governor of Chonburi, Wuttisak Rermkijakarn, Deputy Mayor of Pattaya City and the Executive Committee of the Association were present during the opening ceremony.  The event also brought together pioneering individuals in the real estate field including Anant Asavabhokhin, Chairman and President of Land and House PCL., Lerdmongkol Warawenooch from The Real Estate Association of Thailand, and Meesak Chunharuckchot, Chief Executive of Chonburi-based developer Life and Living Co. plus many more who shared valuable experience and gave insightful talks on ways to prepare and cope with fluctuations that may affect real estate in the future.

In addition to providing a communication platform to unite members and potential associates, the association aims to build an interdisciplinary real estate society to discuss the industry’s trends, future market demands, how to strengthen governmental cooperation and represent the common interests of the members at a corporate and political level.
