Re: Pattaya City Hall worker ‘adopts’ 80 stray dogs (PM Friday, 26 February 2016) – A hero, but I would rather see the poor woman sponsor people to capture, spay and neuter these poor animals. Street dogs can be outright dangerous and she should contact “Tony’s” gym and see if there is still an animal rescue for these sadly unwanted dogs. The dogs can be saved and live out their days in relative comfort and once neutered the males calm down and lose their aggressiveness. She is placing herself in harm’s way and Pattaya City Hall should be ashamed.
