High-end real estate developer Raimon Land PCL has received two awards at the prestigious Asia Pacific Property Awards 2016.
Located in north Pattaya, the company’s Zire Wongamat project received the Condominium Award. The freehold 54-storey two-tower development was completed at the end of 2014 and is located directly on Wongamat Beach, with onsite dining provided by Silver Lining.
The Lofts Ekkamai has been awarded in the Residential High-Rise Development category. The 28-storey freehold 276 unit development in Bangkok was recently topped off with completion scheduled Q3 2016.

The Awards will be presented on 8 April 2016 at the Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Entries were received from companies across 25 countries in the Asia Pacific region, and top scoring winners will then go forward to compete against other regional winners in the 2016-2017 International Property Awards, to find the World’s Best in each category.

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of 70 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The Awards, now in their 23rd year are part of the International Property Awards, the world’s largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme. 2016 is the first time that Raimon Land has been recognized as a winner at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
