BANGKOK – The Dusit Zoo invites children and adolescents to celebrate the Songkran festival at the zoo from 13-15 April 2016. Free admission is offered for people aged 60 years old and up.
Dusit Zoo Director Benchaphon Nakprasert on Tuesday presided over the opening ceremony of the zoo’s Songkran event. The director invited those who did not plan to travel to other provinces during the Songkran festival to visit the zoo and have a good time together. There was an animal parade and water activities for children after the opening ceremony.
Another highlight of the zoo’s Songkran celebration are four Capybaras from Khon Kaen province. They were exhibited since 12 April 2016.
