Re: 420 police, soldiers assigned to protect Pattaya during Songkran (PM Friday, 15 April 2016) – Law abiding behaviour means smooth flowing traffic and pleasant times. Freewheeling behaviour leads to crime. Traffic laws are meant to be obeyed and the conscience necessary for law abiding streets and highways, is up to you. Adults look like twits to the youth, when they break the law. Why not be proud of your behaviour, instead?
