Tuesday, August 23, Green Valley – Stableford
When we arrived here today the course was not very busy, so we had a nice clear round of just on four hours with only two players managing to break par and both of them single figure handicappers.
Richard Hurley (43pts) totally eclipsed poor Jason Coles great round of 39 in division 1, whilst in the second division (Steady Eddie) Tony Duthie took the honours with 35 points. There was a three-way count-back for second place with Jimmy Johnson just losing out 19-18 on the back nine and Don Carmody losing out on the back six to Ken Priddy on his final round before returning to the U.K.

Thursday, August 25, Burapha – Stableford
Once again we arrived at the course and got off to a good start, teeing of 15 minutes early with no one in front of us. So we breezed around in just over three and a half hours.
This course is always a good test of golf and today was no different as nobody managed to break par. Jon Lay, electing to play off the blue tees, came closest with a really solid round of 35 points whilst the rest of us wimps teed off of the white tees.
With not so many players out today we decided to have only one division and yet again (Steady Eddie) Tony Duthie came in with 33 points to take second place ahead of Larry Bland.
