On 23rd December, the Pattaya International Ladies Club (PILC) and Jesters Care for Kids Charity joined up to host Carols and Canapés at Lakeside Restaurant, Mabprachan. Tables and chairs were set out on the front terrace overlooking the lake and were soon occupied by more than 70 men, women and children ready to carol the night away.
Rick and Harpic Bryant were available to lead the singing; Roddy was there with his trumpet and thanks must go to the choristers who stood and sung.

Steve, the owner of Lakeside Restaurant, served the crowds with a plethora of sausage rolls, mini samosas and more and Bea baked hundreds of mini mince pies. The entrance fee of 100 baht also included a glass of mulled wine, prepared by Debbie from Jesters, so it was truly a joint event.
Steve is donating 50 baht of each drink sold to the PILC and Jesters (results will be announced), and 8000 baht in entrance fees and mince pie sales was collected on the evening. Great evening, next year will be bigger and better!
