Travellers Rest Golf Group
This past week saw a welcome return to Pattaya for Derek Thoroughgood, who on his last game with TRGG won, and he certainly carried on with his winning ways on his first outing back with a victory at Crystal Bay on Christmas Eve.
Monday saw us at Bangpra where Allun Webber was victorious with a great score of 36 points in fairly tough conditions.
The round of the week was shot by Alan Thomas on Tuesday, who while playing off six shot a gross 73 (1 over) to return a superb score of 41 points.

Our regular Thursday venue at Phoenix saw 26 players compete in 2 divisions with Jon Dean winning Div. 1 with 36 points, and Joe Kowalczyk scoring a superb 41 to take Div. 2.
Saturday again saw 2 divisions and again Jon Dean took the Div. 1 spoils with a fantastic 42 points, with the aforementioned Derek Thoroughgood taking Div. 2 with 39 points.
