The Hard Rock Pattaya hotel, in cooperation with Boss Studio Dance, is calling talented dancers from all corners of the kingdom to compete in the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya’s Step-Up Dance ’13 competition scheduled for 30 March 2013.
For the second year running, the challenge is on for male, female or mix contestants of any age and nationality, to compete either in solo or team format. There are 3 dance categories which include: Poppin’ dance, 1 on 1 (Solo battle); Freestyle dance, 2 on 2 (Duo battle); and Team performance dance, (team battle) consist of 2-7 persons.
Hard Rock Pattaya’s Step-Up Dance ’13 competition will be held on Saturday, March 30.
Whether it’s break-dance, body-poppin’, jazz, contemporary, Latin, samba, salsa or others – you just name it and dance!
The judging panel for this event consists of Matt Elmore, a.k.a. Rubik from USA, Pukpik from the ‘I Feel Good Crew’, John – Vascular Yabanpeang from Balance Health Club and Boss, from Boss Studio Dance.
Cash prizes for the event include THB 12,000 for the winner of the Solo category, THB 18,400 for the Duo champions and a whopping THB 71,830 for the team competition winners. Trophies and sponsors prizes will also be presented to the champions in each category. Winners will also be awarded Hard Rock ‘Ambassador’ status for a period of 1 year and will represent the hotel at various functions.
