Foreign and Thai Christians celebrated their faith and tried to convert others as they gathered for the four-day Pattaya Praise revival at Bali Hai Pier.

Organized by the Pattaya Christian Club and attended by missionaries and evangelicals from around the world, the ninth annual event featured 20 Christian bands and musicians, free food and children’s talent shows.  It also served to cap a week of charitable activities, including a beach cleanup in Jomtien, grass cutting in Naklua, and making donations to Pattaya School No. 11.

Organizers selected the theme of “Seeking Jesus” for this year’s event, with attendees joining a “prayer walk” from Central Festival Pattaya Beach to Bali Hai Nov. 17, as well as visits to churches.

Among the local participants were the St. Nikolas Church choir and the Pattaya Baptist Church.
