The Pattaya Players will showcase their 2011 season show-stopper on June 10 & 11 with “Rumors,” an uproarious comedy by Neil Simon.
Synopsis: An evening gala is planned to celebrate the tenth anniversary of Myra and Charley Brock. Guests are arriving two by two, but the host and hostess are nowhere to be found and, although the food is laid out in the kitchen, the cook is missing. Charley Brock, the deputy mayor of New York City has shot himself through the earlobe. Is it an attempted suicide? Comic complications arise when the upper-crust guests do everything in their power to keep the evening’s events from the police and the press.

Rumors is directed by Pattaya Players founder, Christopher T. Parsons, who most recently directed the murder mystery entitled “A Fatal Combination”. He has also starred in almost all of the Player’s productions since their inception 4 years ago and continues to serve as President of the Board.
