Guests and employees got into a Latin groove when the Holiday Inn threw open its Havana Bar for free salsa and merengue lessons.
The Jan. 21 “Latin Groove” night was hosted by Stephanie Moorhouse, who teaches Latin dance in China. The event, to be held twice monthly, generated enthusiasm among hotel and bar employees and foreign guests.
Latin Groove night at the Holiday Inn’s Havana Bar is proving to be very popular.
From 8 p.m. until midnight, dancers tried their best to learn a variety of Latin steps, including bachata and reggaeton.
The event is part of a series of promotions ongoing at the Holiday Inn, including a special dinner menu at the Havana Bar and daily concerts with happy hour prices. For more information, call 038-725-555.
