The Rotary Club of Bangkok’s annual Fund Raising event brings three international performers from the UK for a highly entertaining program with selections from popular Operas and Musicals such as “Cosi fan Tutte”, “Carmen”, “Madame Butterfly”, “L’elisir d’amore”, “Rigoletto”, “Les Contes de Hoffmann”, “Les Miserables”, “Phantom of the Opera”, “West Side Story”, “The Sound of Music”, etc.
The British performers, Arwel Treharne Morgan – tenor, Jenny Miller -mezzo-soprano, Penelope Randall-Davis – soprano and Patrick Holming- piano accompanist, have singularly or jointly performed at The Lincoln Center New York, The Royal Festival Hall, Royal Albert Hall, the Royal Opera House, Teatro all’Opera di Roma, Sydney Opera House, and La Fenice, Venice.
The event will be held on April 1st 2011 at the Grand Hyatt Erawan with the main program starting at 19:30 hrs. Door opens at 18:30 hrs and the buffet starts at 18:45 hrs.
Tickets are Baht 1,500 net. Ticket price includes a pre-concert supper snack with free wines, and coffee and sweets during the intermission.
