Will it ever end? A Nov. 17 rainstorm flooded the Ruampho Market area along Jomtien 2nd Road, inconveniencing pedestrians and tying up traffic. It seems that every time it rains, scenes like this pop up all over the greater Pattaya area. Is it poor planning or local businesses blocking the water runoff areas? Either way, local residents want the city to fix the problem quickly so that once again, they can return to normal, flood free lives.
