Rainy season may be over officially, but flooding remains a problem on Thepprasit Soi 9.
Resident Amnuay Robroo said that an open field behind homes there floods every time it rains. A recent heavy downfall created so much water, drainage pipes couldn’t keep up, he said.
Residents complained the standing water put off a foul smell. They said they were tired of the repeated flood problems and wanted city officials to do something about it.
