Merchants at Pattaya’s Chinatown Market called on city hall to fix gaping holes in drainage pipes that pose dangers to shoppers.
Vendors at the Second Road market have put cones over and sticks into the holes that developed due to erosion and flood damage.
The holes lead down into an underground drainage pipe. Vendors want Pattaya workers to come out and fix the potholes before someone gets hurt.
