Soi Khao Noi residents are complaining that Pattaya Water Department workers who ripped up their road to fix leaking pipes left behind a massive pothole.
Near the intersection of Soi Pad Yen Jai a 2-sq.-meter hole, about 30 centimeters deep, has been imperiling motorbike drivers since Feb. 18, when workers ripped up the road to fix a pipe leak.
Residents called the city on March 9 to come and finish their job correctly. When they got no relief, they contacted the media on March 11.
Residents have to be extra cautious while navigating around this mess left by Pattaya Water Department workers.
