City hall’s delay in cleaning up after the Pattaya Marathon didn’t go over well with Jomtien Beach residents.
Locals complained Sept. 6 about a persistent smell and overflowing trash cans several days after the Sunday race.
Some bins were full but nobody showed up to empty them, leading to smell and annoyed pedestrians.
