SURIN, 15 August 2014 – 1,252 Migrant workers have registered in Surin One Stop Service in 11 days since it opened.
The Surin Employment Authority has stated that since the opening of Surin One Stop Service for Migrant Workers, workers from Burmese, Lao, and Cambodian have been coming in droves.
However, there are about 4,000 workers that have not registered yet. The province expects to register 150 migrant workers per day and expects to be completed with this task at the end of the month.
