BMW Group Thailand announced it has appointed Jeffrey D. Gaudiano as managing director, BMW Manufacturing Thailand.
With 25 years’ experience in the automotive industry, Gaudiano (52) had his previous post at BMW Manufacturing Co., LLC in South Carolina, USA, where he was responsible for plant structural integration and control of production and distribution. Since joining BMW Group in 1993, Gaudiano has held leadership roles throughout the BMW Manufacturing plant – from body shop, assembly and logistics. He also worked at BMW’s Engineering Center in Germany during the design and preparation phase of the Z4 roadster.

In his new position, Gaudiano is responsible for managing the overall BMW Manufacturing Thailand business activities, which assembles BMW, MINI automobiles and BMW motorcycles to supply to BMW Group Thailand for domestic sales, as well as export to other BMW subsidiaries in the ASEAN region.
Gaudiano takes over from Peter Wolf, who has successfully completed his tenure in Thailand and has assumed a new position at BMW Group in Germany.
