Andre Brulhart, General Manager of Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Nowak as Executive Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage.
David has over 20 years’ experience in food & beverage management, gained from his work in many international hotels of which recently includes eight years in Greater China with IHG Director of Food & Beverage in the InterContinental Beijing Beichen, Crowne Plazas Shanghai and Beijing, as well as at Holiday Inn Hohhot, and most recently as Operations Manager at Potato Head Garage, one of the PTT Families unique restaurants in Indonesia.
David brings enthusiasm, creativity, and passion as well as experience to his new position with Centara, and he looks forward to living and working in Thailand.
