BANGKOK, 20th September 2013 The Energy Policy and Planning Office (EPPO), Ministry of Energy has agreed to raise the oil fund levies for all types of fuel.
The contribution for benzene gasohol 95 and 91 will go up by 0.30 baht/liter. As for the E20, E85, and diesel, the rate will be increased by 0.60 baht/liter.The oil fund is currently in plus figure of 5.8 billion baht.
Energy Minister, Mr.Pongsak Ruktapongpisal, said after chairing the EPPO meeting that injecting money into the oil fund will boost the income of the fund by 22 million baht a day.
