BANGKOK, 29 September 2013 – A financial analyst has predicted that the Thai stock market will be volatile this week, as brokers are waiting to see the United States’ unemployment rates.
The Kasikorn Securities and the Kasikorn Research Center have speculated that the Thai stock during the week of September 30th-October 4th will be volatile as investors are waiting for the reports on the US economic figures such as ISM index, manufacturing and service sectors, as well as its employment number.
The Kasikorn Securities predicted the support levels at 1,417 and 1,394, and the resistance levels at 1,436 and 1,444 for the week.
Over the past week, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) declined by 4.6 on the back of profit-taking by foreign investors.
