BANGKOK, 20 May 2014  – Kasikorn Research Center (KResearch) insists that this year’s GDP has continued at 1.8 percent, as the caretaker government is unable to issue a budget to stimulate investment.

However, the GDP rate will possibly become deficient if the political situation gets even worse.

On the other hand, if the situation becomes better and leads to an election, it is believed that the economy will rapidly recover in the 4th quarter since domestic and foreign investors are ready to invest in the country.
