BANGKOK, 1 June 2014 – Gen. Chatchai Sarikalya, the Assistant Commander in Chief of the Royal Thai Army who has recently been appointed the deputy economic chief of the NCPO, today met with the executives of the Ministry of Finance (MOF) to discuss economic stimulation measures.
The meeting, also attended by MOF permanent-secretary Rangsan Sriworasart and executives of the government Specific Financial Institutions (SFIs) to further propose both short term and long term measures to the NCPO’s economic chief Air Chief Marshal Prajin Juntong. The measures are said to be part of the country’s economic roadmap.
