Permanent secretary for finance confident of 2015 tax figures

BANGKOK 28 May 2014  — The Deputy Finance Minister is confident that the 2015’s tax collection figures will be higher compared to this year’s, affirming that the economy will likely grow considerably. 

Permanent secretary for finance Rangsan Sriwarasart has stated that he is confident the state will achieve its 2015 tax collection goal. It has also been forecast that next year’s economy will perform better compared to this year’s.

Furthermore, additional governmental budget disbursements are currently being approved by the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) in order to carry on with the nation’s public and government infrastructure investments as well as the aid for the agricultural sector .
