Pullman Pattaya Hotel G appoints new pastry chef

Pullman Pattaya Hotel G is pleased to announce the appointment of Jirathape Panyadee as their new Pastry Chef.

A Thai national, Jirathape has a strong patisserie background with twenty four years of extensive experience in several five star hotels and resorts in Thailand. He began his career in Phuket as Commis Bekery at the Pacific Islands Club in 1993, before becoming Commis Chef at the Laguna Beach Club from 1994 to 1997 and Demi Chef de parties at Banyan Tree from 1997 to 2000. More recently he was Chef Outlet Pastry – Bakery at Hyatt Regency Hua Hin from 2001 until 2005.

His passion for pastries took him to the U.A.E. to work as Assistant Pastry Chef at Ned Al Shaba Royal Club. He prepared the bakery, pastries, fruit carving for all functions and special orders from the Royal Family of the late Sheikhmakhtoum bin Rashid al Makhtoum.

Prior to joining the Pullman Pattaya Hotel G, Jirathape was a Pastry Chef at The Racha Phuket and Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort in addition to pre-opening hotels at Le Meridian Chiang Rai Resort in 2008 and Inter Continental Pattaya Resort in 2016.
