The 7.5-billion-baht Terminal 21 shopping mall in Pattaya is scheduled to open Oct. 19.
The boutique shopping mall, a copy of the landmark in the heart of Bangkok’s business district, is nearly complete, with exterior decoration and landscaping underway.
A 250-meter-long plane, part of its signature symbol, has already been installed. Workers will spend the remaining work polishing up the mall’s themed interior, with each floor representing a popular world destination, including Rome, Tokyo, San Francisco, London and more.
The mall, spread over 33 rai with 180,000 sq. meters of retail space, also will house a Grand Centerpoint Hotel, with 400 rooms and parking for 1,500 vehicles.
