Sunflower was found in a … sunflower field. She was alone and had some fairly serious skin problems. We took her in and started treatments. The lady who owned the sunflower field said there was another puppy and their mother still out there. Took some time to find them but we finally found Wusen, Sunflower’s sister. She was in good shape but a bit shy with people.
They are both in the Hope for Strays Shelter now and are doing well. Their mother has been brought in also. We will have her spayed but she, unfortunately, suffers from blood parasites, so we will have to wait a few weeks before we can do the surgery.
The puppies are about 4 months old. They are both full of energy and are getting along well with the other dogs. We expect them to be smaller than the average dogs on the street.
If you would be interested in adopting one of these puppies or see the other puppies we now have available for adoption, please call Hope for Strays at 0891588345.
