It rained for only an hour, but it was enough to transform Soi Khao Talo into a garbage-filled river.

The East Pattaya neighborhood was hit hard by the June 6 storm, flooding Soi Khao Talo from Rattanakorn Market to Sukhumvit Road with water deep as half a tire on most cars.

More flooding was reported from the Top Charoen optical shop to Wat Boonsamphan School.

It took about 30 minutes for the water to subside, leaving the street covered in garbage.
