Pattaya – Fishermen tied up their boats as heavy storms churned up Sattahip Bay.
Pier in Samae San, Bang Saray and Najomtien fell silent Aug 2 with boats tied up or moored offshore amid the effects on an oncoming typhoon.
The storm is blowing in from the South China Sea and was expected to made landfall in Vietnam as a tropical storm over the weekend.
