The event is the first bodybuilder contest of 2020 in Thailand, rescheduled from February due to the pandemic.

The contest was a twist on the usual muscle show as six contestants were transgender men showing off their surgically altered male physiques.

Sukree said the unique competition generated a lot of interest in the sport and will be staged again next year.

The association’s next show, featured men born male, will be the Mr. Thailand Bodybuilding Championship 2020 Aug. 21-23 in Bangkok.
