Men from 50 countries strutted and flexed for judges with hopes of making it to the finals of Mr. International pageant in Pattaya.
A team of judges reviewed the contestants for the semi-final round at Central Festival Pattaya Beach Feb. 7 in a contest that began last year but was postponed due to the passing of HM King Bhumibol. The finals were scheduled to take place Feb. 13 in Bangkok.
Proceeds from the competition will go to the royal disaster-relief charity, the Princess Pa Foundation.
The semi-final round was dedicated to the memory of the late King and all the contestants joined to sing “Follow the Footsteps of Dad”. Additional activities included a fashion walk by youngsters from the Pattaya Colorful Young Star Academy.
Contestants also took photos and posted them on Instagram to promote Pattaya.
Many of the men participating have experience in similar pageants worldwide. Their adventures were captured live by global media.
