Saturday June 3 is Visakha Bucha Celebration, a holy day in the Thai calendar. There will be no sale of alcohol from 11.59 pm on Friday June 2 for a full 24 hours. All Thai immigration offices and other public services will be closed on Monday June 5 and will reopen on Tuesday June 6 at 8.30 a.m.
