Enhancing Seamless Travel for Tourists and Residents
The public transportation initiative enhances seamless travel connectivity (Seamless Journey) by linking airports with key tourist destinations, improving travel efficiency for both local passengers and international tourists. This aligns with the government’s vision to establish Thailand as a Tourism & Logistics Hub and boost tourism growth.

Additionally, AOT plans to further develop Don Mueang Airport (Phase 3 Expansion), including the construction of a new terminal building and Junction Building—a large commercial complex that will integrate air, land, and rail transportation to provide direct access to major city centers.

In the future, this will connect to the high-speed rail network linking Thailand’s three major airports (Don Mueang, Suvarnabhumi, and U-Tapao), reinforcing Thailand’s position as a regional aviation hub and driving economic development.
