A South Pattaya pub promised to turn down the volume following complaints from neighbors.

Locals in Piemsuk Village griped to city hall about the unnamed club & karaoke in the neighborhood. City Council member Nikom Sangkaew went out July 20 to speak to the owner.

Nikom said the owner willingly offered cooperation, promising to lower the volume to legal levels and better soundproof the building.
