PATTAYA, Thailand – The Pattaya Countdown 2025: Carnival of Happiness took place over three vibrant days and nights from December 29-31, 2024, along Pattaya Beach, stretching nearly 3 kilometers, and at Tawaen Beach on Koh Larn on New Year’s Eve. The event attracted massive crowds of Thai and international tourists, eager to bid farewell to 2024 and welcome 2025 in a lively, festive atmosphere.



Led by Pattaya Mayor Poramet Ngampichet, the city administration expressed gratitude to all sectors—government, private, and public—for their contributions to the event’s success. The celebration is expected to have significantly boosted the local economy, generating substantial revenue, supporting local businesses, and reinforcing Pattaya’s position as a premier tourist destination.
