PATTAYA, October 22, 2023 – Rotary E-Club Dolphin Pattaya International, in collaboration with Gossip Nail Pattaya Market Rom Pho Branch on Jomtien second road, significantly advanced youth empowerment by offering vocational training. President Nattakarn Laothong, Past President Chanunda Kongphol, Vice President Dr. Margret Deter, and Charter President Dr. Otmar Deter led the initiative, focusing on imparting the art of gel nail application to a diverse group of young individuals, including those seeking employment and additional income sources.

Ten carefully selected participants in the second generation of the program underwent comprehensive training covering gel nail application and nail art techniques, utilizing both manual tools and machines. Led by experienced instructors, each trainee received a complete set of equipment, including nail polish, a manicure machine, and nail drying equipment, collectively valued at 3,000 baht. The training, normally priced at 5,900 baht per person for a one-day course, was generously offered for free to the selected participants, with the total value of equipment and training exceeding 89,000 baht.

Aligned with Rotary’s mission to “Create Hope in the World,” this initiative aims to empower participants towards self-sufficiency, contributing to improved livelihoods for themselves and their families. The overwhelmingly positive response has prompted the club to commit to continuing this annual initiative, reinforcing their dedication to creating jobs and sustainable livelihoods for the youth.
