About one year ago I emailed you regarding the 2nd Road pedestrian crossing lights that never work. I even went to a city hall office to notify them. I was told they would contact the relevant authorities. Today it’s still the same, the lights flashing amber for speeding traffic. This is a serious accident waiting to happen.
