Traffic from Jomtien to North Pattaya is very bad, especially between 5 pm and 8 pm. It takes more than 45 minutes to go to North Pattaya. This is because 1 traffic lane is blocked by cars and taxis parked near Siam Bayshore Hotel and the Marine Hotel. Can the Pattaya Police please make sure traffic lanes are not blocked by cars and taxis? Especially between 5 pm and 8 pm.
