Re: Why widen Beach Road? (Mailbag Friday, 30 March 2012) – Beach Rd. is hazardous at night as vendors park their carts next to overcrowded walkways especially around Soi 7, 8 and the police station. Pedestrians must take their chances with vehicles by walking into the street. There are excessive baht busses at night also.
