Re: Kim Jong Un (PM Mailbag Friday, 29 April 2016) – I have to correct the writer on one point. Castro was not getting ready to remove the missiles. The US Navy stopped a convoy of Russian ships bringing more missiles to the island. They hadn’t even filled all their launch sites.
