Re: Snooker star declines maximum 147 break as bonus ‘too cheap’ (PM Tuesday, 16 February 2016) – When we read this at first, we couldn’t stop laughing. But then I was saying, “congratulations to him for a good move.” Good for him really. He shouldn’t let them take him for granted. He holds the world record of maximums AND won the game far and away. Sheesh, if all that and his history means he has no freedom to make choices then that turns it all into a downer for him instead of a benefit. Plus, he might even be able to get them to raise the prize if he keeps up that kind of thing consistently.
