Re: Dozens of new traffic regulations take effect (PM Friday, 29 January 2016) – I hope that this information is shared with all the Thai people via news outlets and maybe advertising boards as a lot of these laws have been in force for a number of years.
Better education on driving standards, maybe an introduction of a learners driving licence to try and get rid of, well my dad or mum drove this way so it must be ok. I can save a thimble full of fuel if I drive the wrong way instead of going to u turn.
One of the worst is people removing particle filter from exhaust and then proceeding to pump out black smoke not realising the damage they are causing to the people around them and the atmosphere.
Racing in and out of traffic with no crash helmets on overloaded motorcycles … Death is permanent.
